We are an U.S. based aviation/aircraft manufacturing company looking for a high-caliber Capital Markets leader who combines investment banking / FA capabilities with strategic finance, fundraising execution, and transaction leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all financing activities (equity, structured financing, strategic investors, venture capital, private placements, government/industrial funds).
  • Develop the company's capital formation strategy and financing plan.
  • Identify, evaluate, and engage potential investors: PE/VC, family offices, aerospace/industrial strategics, U.S. and international institutional investors.
  • Manage and coordinate external Financial Advisors (FA) / investment banks.
  • Lead preparation for potential SPAC, PIPE, M&A, joint ventures, and Nasdaq readiness.
  • Prepare and manage investor materials: pitch decks, financial models, projections, valuation models, and data rooms.
  • Oversee due diligence (technical, financial, legal, regulatory).
  • Build transaction structures and support negotiations of term sheets.

Requirements

  • 5–15+ years in investment banking, capital markets, private equity, corporate development, or strategic finance.
  • (Boutique IB, SPAC teams, aviation/aerospace/industrial tech experience preferred)
  • Direct experience leading or executing capital raises / deals.
  • Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical/industrial stories to non-technical investors.
  • Experience coordinating due diligence and investor processes.
  • Strong ability to "own the deal" end-to-end with minimal supervision.
  • SPAC or IPO readiness experience preferred.

Pay: $360, $450,000.00 per year
