About the Role:

Our client is seeking an experienced
Lease Administration Manager
to join their dynamic team. This role is critical in overseeing lease administration functions for their commercial real estate portfolio, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise the lease administration team, providing leadership, guidance, and performance oversight.
  • Review, interpret, and administer commercial real estate leases, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Oversee billing processes, including rent calculations, escalations, and reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate lease data and documentation within internal systems.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (finance, legal, property management) to resolve lease-related issues.
  • Prepare reports and analysis for senior management on lease performance and financial impact.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
    in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field.
  • 5+ years of lease administration experience
    in commercial real estate, with at least
    2 years in a supervisory role
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    lease contracts
    , billing practices, and industry standards.
  • Proficiency in lease management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
