Jackson Hewitt Tax Services is seeking to train and hire people who are just starting their careers and looking to learn a new skill.

We will not only enroll you in online training but we will assign you a mentor to train with. Additionally we will have new employees do practice tax returns on our software and prepare role playing tax returns to get a feel for the procedure as part of our training.

What you will do:

*Meet face to face with tax customers giving them your best customer service and the most undivided attention and listening.

*Collect identification and tax documents they provide and scan them into the virtual file that is attached to there tax return.

*Enter information into the computer software applying tax laws that you will be trained on.

*Finish point of sale and signing procedures

*Account for sales and monies collected at the end of the day

*Market to potential customers through call campaigns, in person at Walmart, and by word of mouth

*Track tax returns that need to be put on hold or that are being dropped off.

*Check for missing information and follow-up with customers to get ALL returns submitted.

*Keep your kiosk and work area tidy and presentable.

*Account for all returns submitted electronically for the day.

*Keep track of supplies and report what is needed to supervisor.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $ $16.00 per hour
