What you'll do

  • Engage potential clients through cold calling and lead generation efforts to expand our customer base.
  • Conduct product demonstrations that showcase the value of our offerings and drive interest.
  • Manage accounts by nurturing client relationships and ensuring their needs are met effectively.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and enhance outreach efforts.
  • Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to track interactions and manage sales pipelines efficiently.
  • Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for upselling and territory management.
  • Participate in training sessions to sharpen your negotiation skills and enhance customer service techniques.
  • Support the sales management team by providing insights from customer interactions and market analysis.

Experience

  • A passion for sales and a desire to learn about B2B dynamics.
  • Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer service excellence.
  • Familiarity with technology sales or retail sales is a plus but not required.
  • Basic understanding of CRM software; experience with Salesforce is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
