Position Title: Key Account Manager

Function: Sales & Service

Department: Sales

Reports To: Head of Regional Sales North America

People Management: Yes

Purpose-

Key Account Management.

Increased engagement & support to customers.

Business development.

Techno-commercial acumen.

Role-

Responsible for new account and relationship development at existing accounts at all levels of the customer.

Region : West US & Alaska

Articulate solution business value to customers and lead solution development efforts

thorough understanding of the customer's business priorities

Frontline point of contact for Technical solutions to customers.

Manage sales cycle , supported by respective Product Group , Manufacturing Plant & Logistics team.

Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline – Metallurgy / Mining / Mechanical

Total Experience: 12~15 years

Relevant Experience- 7 years minimum

Knowledge & Skills Required:
Mandatory- Business development, Key accounts, Supervision, Site Experience, Service Support, Maintenance , Technical acumen, Commercial know-how. Travel across Western USA & Alaska.

Additional/Desirable- To be hands on at site for measurement, application study & inspection, must be available to travel within N. America

Job Competencies (Behavioral):
Mandatory- Good Communication, Analytical & Innovative thinking, Aggressive & result oriented

Desirable-Good Interpersonal skill, team player, eye for detail

Previous experience with Mining / Mineral Processing is must.

Internal Interfaces - Branch Members, Product group.

External Interfaces - Customer Representative, Contractor's for installation and service.
