We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Servers & Bartender to join our team in a vibrant and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
  • Manage the bar area efficiently, ensuring cleanliness and organization at all times.
  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha and Micros.
  • Maintain knowledge of drink menus, specials, and promotions to enhance sales opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during events or banquets.
  • Assist with inventory management by tracking stock levels and placing orders as needed.
  • Demonstrate strong time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively.

Requirements

  • Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, nightclub, or catering environment is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during peak hours.
  • A passion for the food industry, brewing techniques, and mixology is a plus.
