The Sales Operations Assistant at LoopRL will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day functions of our sales organization. This role ensures the sales team has the tools, data, and processes needed to operate efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Team Support: Assist sales representatives with administrative tasks, scheduling, and document preparation.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales data in CRM systems.
  • Order Processing: Help prepare quotes, process purchase orders, and ensure proper documentation for each transaction.
  • Communication Coordination: Support internal communication between the sales team and other departments (e.g., marketing, finance, logistics).
  • Sales Reporting: Generate basic reports and summaries as requested to assist in tracking activities and pipeline progress.
  • Documentation: Maintain organized records of sales activities, client interactions, and process documentation.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in a sales support, administrative, or operations role.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in a sales or customer service environment.
  • Familiarity with order entry, invoicing, or sales documentation processes.
  • Comfort working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
