Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome patients in a professional and friendly manner.

- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual.

- Provide information to patients and visitors regarding dental services and products. Telephone and Email Communication.

-Insurance Verification.

- Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar.

- Assist with project coordination and proofreading of documents.

- Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry.

- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

- Assist with event planning and coordination as needed.

-Account Receivables.

-Treatment Plan Presentation/Follow up.

Skills:

_Dental Office experience

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks

- Strong attention to detail for proofreading documents and maintaining accuracy in order entry

- Proficient in using office equipment such as computers, printers, and scanners

- Customer service-oriented with the ability to handle inquiries and complaints in a professional manner

- Knowledge of phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines

- Experience as a medical receptionist is a plus
