We are looking for a clinician who is passionate about facilitating transformative group experiences within our
Intensive Outpatient (IOP)
and
Partial Hospitalization (PHP)

How You'll Contribute to Our Community's Wellness:

  • Partner with individuals
    to conduct thoughtful initial and ongoing mental health assessments, always focusing on their strengths and potential for growth.
  • Guide engaging and supportive group therapy sessions
    that empower clients to develop new skills, enhance their coping abilities, and build a sense of community.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team
    of professionals to develop holistic, person-centered treatment goals and plans that support each client's unique journey toward wellness.
  • Create a safe and trusting space
    in group sessions where clients can explore challenges, build problem-solving skills, and feel understood.
  • Thoughtfully document
    client progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in the electronic medical record, ensuring clarity and continuity of care for both the client and our team.
  • Embrace opportunities for professional growth
    by actively participating in continuing education and sharing your knowledge with our team, contributing to our collective expertise.

What You'll Bring to Our Team (Qualifications):

  • Education & Licensure:
    A Master's Degree in Counseling, Education, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited school. Current Virginia licensure as an LPC or LMFT.
  • Experience & Skills:
    A minimum of two years of experience guiding therapeutic groups and developing clinical treatment plans. A deep appreciation for the importance of clear, concise, and timely documentation. We are especially interested in candidates with a background in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and specialized techniques for supporting individuals experiencing anxiety and trauma.
