Lighting Project Sales Co-ordinator

INARAY Design Group is seeking a Lighting Project Sales Coordinator to support our Landscape Lighting Sales Team. Our sales team conceptualizes and designs custom lighting systems for homes, landscapes, patios, pools, and outdoor structures. They collaborate with architects, designers, and clients to create tailored lighting solutions that enhance both the aesthetics and functionality of a space.
The Sales Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring projects move smoothly from concept to completion, supporting designers and project managers while engaging directly with clients.
Responsibilities
- Prepare proposals, set up deals, and complete client profiles
- Maintain accurate CRM records and project documentation
- Track project status, manage change orders, and assist with billing
- Develop a high level of proficiency in company systems and design software; maintain system accuracy
- Collaborate with project managers, electricians, and clients to align lighting plans with overall project goals
- Respond promptly to client questions and assist with issue resolution
- Participate in site visits as needed to support sales and design teams
- Contribute to sales development initiatives and sales team goals
- Distribute marketing materials on behalf of the sales team as directed
The Ideal Candidate
Qualifications & Hard Skills
- 2+ years of experience in a sales support, project coordination, or administrative role (lighting, construction, design, or related field preferred)
- Degree in related field. Business Administration, Architecture, Interior Design or similar
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and project management systems
- Strong computer skills (Adobe, Excel, Word, design tools, CAD a plus)
- Familiarity with or ability to learn lighting/architectural/landscape design software
- Experience in procurement, vendor relations, or supply chain coordination is a plus
- Valid driver's license for occasional site visits

Salary commensurate with experience plus Commission on outdoor lighting sales.
- Flexible hours within a typical office schedule (8:00am–5:00pm, Monday–Friday)
- Full-time position eligible for Paid Time Off, Parental leave, Health, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance
