Monday - Friday 8am-5pm (salary position, must be available outside these hours for calls and scheduling needs)

Rate:
$78,000-$81,000/Year

The Account Manager oversees transit security operations including a team of 25+ officers and driving daily coordination with the client. Duties include daily incident review, analytics reporting, onboarding and training, client communication, operational oversight and after hours on call support.

This role requires at least one year of security experience, one year of management, strong scheduling and payroll skills, and proven ability to handle investigations, emergency response and high-volume information flow. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, sharp with problem solving, comfortable navigating interdepartmental politics, and experienced with transit or government environments.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year security experience.
• Minimum of 1 year management or supervisory experience.
• Proven leadership of teams of 25 employees or larger.
• Experience in scheduling, payroll, emergency management, conducting investigations, and being on call or in roles requiring after-hours decision making is required.
• Familiarity with transit systems and federal expectations and communication standards needed.
• Must be able to operate independently and problem solve at a high level.
• Must be able to make timely decisions and maintain professionalism during high stress situations.
• Proficient in basic computer and technology use.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in Securitas' pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
