Purple Heart Tattoo is seeking an organized and friendly Administrator / Receptionist to join our dynamic team in Knoxville TN. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will provide exceptional customer service and help ensure the smooth operation of our tattoo studio. This role is perfect for someone with excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for helping people.

Responsibilities:

-Greet clients and visitors in a welcoming and professional manner

-Answer phones, respond to emails, and schedule appointments

-Maintain accurate client records and manage booking system

-Process payments, manage cash and card transactions

-Ensure the studio is clean, organized, and welcoming

-Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies

-Support the tattoo artists and management with administrative tasks as needed

-Handle client inquiries and provide information about services, artists, and aftercare

Requirements:

-Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

-Friendly and professional demeanor

-Attention to detail and a positive attitude
