The
Senior Electrical Supervisor / Coordinator
will oversee all aspects of
electrical assembly, coordination, and supervision
within our PDC operations. This role requires a highly motivated, detail-oriented professional who can work independently, lead teams, and ensure projects meet the company's quality, safety, and delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations related to
    electrical assembly, wiring, and integration
    within PDC builds.
  • Coordinate project schedules, resources, and personnel to ensure on-time completion.
  • Review and interpret
    electrical schematics, layouts, and drawings
    to guide assembly teams.
  • Collaborate with engineering, project management, and QA teams to maintain consistency and quality.
  • Ensure compliance with all
    safety and electrical standards (NEC, UL, etc.)
    .
  • Manage material requirements, procurement coordination, and inventory tracking.
  • Train and mentor electrical technicians and junior staff.
  • Perform quality inspections and support testing/commissioning processes.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of electrical experience
    in industrial, automation, or manufacturing environments.
  • Proven experience in
    supervising or coordinating electrical assembly teams
    .
  • Strong ability to read and interpret
    technical drawings and schematics
    .
  • Familiarity with
    control panels, MCCs, and power distribution systems
    .
  • Understanding of
    UL, NEC, and OSHA
    requirements.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Self-directed, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
