Term: 12+ Month Contract

We are seeking an experienced EAM Delivery Lead to oversee delivery activities for a major asset management modernization initiative focused on Rail, Bridges, and Buildings. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, extensive experience across multi-discipline programs, and the ability to drive coordination, prioritization, and alignment across maintenance, engineering, and technical stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities

Program Leadership

  • Lead multi-discipline delivery teams across multiple workstreams
  • Provide direction for roadmaps, enablement activities, engineering engagement, and day-to-day execution
  • Maintain customer satisfaction through consistent service delivery and measurable ROI

Delivery Execution

  • Manage critical path milestones, communication flows, and prioritization in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Serve as the accountable owner of EAM maintenance delivery within a hybrid-agile framework
  • Support business process adoption and alignment across diverse maintenance disciplines

Governance & Controls

  • Oversee scope adherence and ensure responsibilities are fulfilled across both client and vendor delivery teams
  • Monitor and proactively manage risks, issues, and mitigation plans
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
  • Experience leading large, multi-phase, multi-discipline programs
  • Deep understanding of EAM implementation across multiple lifecycles
  • Ability to influence and guide teams through structured leadership and communication frameworks
  • Strong stakeholder management, interpersonal adaptability, and cross-functional alignment skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
