Immediate Opening- Project Manager & Sales

Seeking a highly motivated individual to join our sales team in St. Cloud This person will work directly with customers to help them select the best products for their projects. In addition to a good sense of design, the best candidate will have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

This is a full-time position

Hours: Monday - Friday; 8:00 am - 4:30pm + (1) Saturday per month 9am - 1pm

Requirements:

  • Experience in interior design / home improvement / construction management
  • Ability to read & prepare bids from architectural and cabinet drawings
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail with high accuracy
  • Must have exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain existing and create new client relationships

Duties including:

  • Work directly with customers and contractors, scheduling appointments, securing bid documents and confirming products
  • Develop estimates and prepare bids in a timely manner
  • Bid preparation and follow up consumes up to 70% of workday
  • Process orders
  • Keep workspace and showroom organized and efficient, consistently improving systems
  • Answer phones and interact with customers as needed
  • Work independently as well as collaboratively as part of the team
