Description
We are seeking a highly experienced
Program Manager
to lead our front-end conversion to
Build-Ops
. This individual will play a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth and successful transition by managing the program end-to-end—bridging IT expertise with practical business knowledge. The Program Manager will serve as the primary driver of planning, execution, and stakeholder alignment, ensuring the rollout delivers measurable value to the organization.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities

  • Program Leadership: Lead the full lifecycle of the Build-Ops front-end conversion program, from planning and design to rollout and post-implementation support.
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner with executive leadership, IT teams, operations, and business units to align objectives, manage expectations, and drive organizational adoption.
  • Roadmap & Governance: Establish program governance, timelines, and milestones. Maintain oversight of project deliverables, risks, dependencies, and budgets.
  • Change Management: Champion end-user readiness, training, and communications to ensure adoption and minimize disruption to business operations.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify risks early and develop mitigation strategies. Troubleshoot program-level roadblocks and escalate as needed.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the bridge between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring clear translation of business requirements into system solutions.
  • Performance Measurement: Define success metrics, monitor progress, and deliver post-implementation reviews to evaluate program effectiveness and continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Oversee operational execution and delivery across multiple service programs within the Commercial HVAC division.
  • Manage a $60M book of business in the Service Division, ensuring client satisfaction, profitability, and adherence to scope and quality standards.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to align project milestones, budgets, and customer deliverables.
  • Drive efficiency through process improvement, reporting, and system integration (Viewpoint + BuildOps).

Qualifications

  • Education & Background
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • PMP, PgMP, or comparable program/project management certification preferred.
  • Experience
  • 7+ years of program or project management experience in IT and business transformation initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale software implementations, system conversions, or ERP/operations platform rollouts.
  • Strong IT background with understanding of enterprise applications, integrations, and data governance.
  • Proven ability to navigate both technical complexity and business process challenges.

  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business needs into technology solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency with program management tools (MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or equivalent).
