About TKH

Established in 2014, TKH has provided high-tech training to thousands of students from underserved communities across the country. What began as a humble initiative in the South Bronx has blossomed into a national organization delivering programs in Newark, Atlanta, Los Angeles, New York, and Washington D.C. Our mission is to build a diverse tech workforce by uplifting individuals from the most underestimated and underserved communities. We envision a future where all communities have equal access to employment opportunities in tech across all sectors. The TKH model offers in-demand tech skills training, coupled with comprehensive wraparound services to support each Fellow's journey to career success.

Role Overview

As the Program Manager, Atlanta you will lead a diverse portfolio of TKH programs in one of TKH's regions, including:

  • Workforce programs (e.g., Innovation Fellowship)
  • Youth programs (e.g., KKCF, Coding Fellowships, school programs)
  • Community programs (e.g., Digital Literacy Summits)

This role works under the guidance of the national program team, receives regular training and updates, and applies national best practices to achieve or exceed program benchmarks. You will ensure all programs are delivered in fidelity with TKH's national program guidelines, curriculum, and high-quality execution across all program areas, foster strong community relationships, and drive positive outcomes for learners of all ages—from youth exploring technology for the first time to adult learners preparing for tech careers.

In addition to program operations leadership, you will directly supervise a Career Specialist (who provides career coaching and instruction to participants) and a Teacher Assistant (who supports in-person instruction). You will collaborate closely with TKH's national program operations managers and recruitment, teaching and learning, and alumni career services teams to implement core programs. You will also identify and maintain relationships with local community partners, schools, and employers to deliver inclusive, impactful programming that supports participants in achieving their educational and professional goals.
