Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a strong understanding of business development strategies. This role involves engaging with clients to understand their needs, providing tailored solutions, and driving revenue growth through effective sales techniques. The Sales Representative will be responsible for managing accounts, generating leads, and maintaining strong relationships with customers in a B2B environment.

Duties

  • Conduct outside sales activities to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Manage existing accounts while developing new relationships to expand the customer base.
  • Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads, and analyze customer data.
  • Perform product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our offerings effectively.
  • Engage in cold calling and direct sales efforts to generate leads and close deals.
  • Implement territory management strategies to optimize sales coverage and performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional efforts.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales is preferred.
  • Strong skills in account management, lead generation, and territory sales.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is highly desirable.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to upsell products effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and customer needs.
  • Experience in retail sales or direct sales is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer engagement.
