Known for its exceptional craftsmanship and high quality, Trudon produces high-quality artisanal candles, diffusers, fine fragrances and bodycare that are cherished for their captivating scents and exquisite designs. The
Store Manager
ensures an exceptional in-store experience by upholding the highest standards of client service, brand presentation, and operational efficiency. The Store Manager takes ownership of all aspects of store performance, including sales, business operations and team development, while identifying growth opportunities. The Store Manager embodies Trudon while providing consistent training to enhance product knowledge and clienteling skills among their team.

This is a full-time role.

The store hours are 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, seven days a week.

Salary Range
:
$32.00 ~ $35.00, plus eligibility for monthly bonuses

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Client Experience

  • Represent Trudon as a leader and drive team sales by leading client engagement, personalized service, and proactive clienteling.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs through team motivation and effective floor leadership.
  • Cultivate relationships with VIP clients, local communities, and luxury retail partners.
  • Ensure the boutique reflects Trudon's luxury standards in service, presentation, and atmosphere.
  • Support in-store events, launches, and activations to drive traffic and brand awareness.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, train, and develop store team to ensure exceptional client service and product knowledge.
  • Manage scheduling, recruitment, and performance evaluations for store teams.
  • Train and communicate current collection knowledge to all associates to ensure the team is fully educated on brand pillars and launch/newness strategy by partnering with the appropriate internal departments for product support.

Operations, Inventory Management & Reporting

  • Oversee daily store operations, including cash handling, stock management, and store maintenance.
  • Partner with other Store Managers in regards to inventory and internal transfers of stock.
  • Monitor KPIs and sales reports to identify trends, opportunities, and action plans, and be able to communicate reporting to the Sales Team in weekly meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and loss prevention.

Performance and Team Management

  • Attract, recruit, and retain a high performing team and build a talent pipeline through networking and competitive shopping.
  • Manage the allocation of staff resources and scheduling to effectively drive sales, ensure adequate floor coverage, and timely submission of payroll records for all employees.
  • Adhere to and enforce all company policies and procedures.
  • Partner with President and Human Resources Manager for all employee relations issues to ensure effective resolution.

Participate in special projects and other assignments as necessary.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury goods, fragrance, or hospitality.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to analyze selling reports, identify business trends, and react quickly to the needs of the business.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and retain talent.
  • Excellent storytelling and clienteling ability to elevate the customer experience.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to work varied days/hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
