Caregiver (PCA/CNA) FT/PT/PRN Union County, NC
2 days ago
At The Abide, we believe care is more than tasks — it's relationship, dignity, and meaning. We are a small, residential assisted living in Union County committed to providing a home-like, personal environment where each resident is treated like family. Our team members are not "staff," but companions, advocates, and caregivers in a purposeful life journey.
Our beautifully furnished home is thoughtfully designed to support older adults in comfort and safety, with low resident-to-staff ratios that allow you to provide the attentive, individualized care every person deserves. We value our team as much as our residents, fostering a family-oriented culture where every voice matters and leadership encourages growth, learning, and purpose.
When you join us, you become part of a mission: to honor others in every interaction, to grow together, and to make a real difference each day.
The Abide is seeking compassionate and reliable caregivers to join our team and provide high-quality care to our residents. Caregivers will be responsible for assisting residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation, as well as providing companionship and support.
