4 on 2 off rotating schedule:

6:30 am - 2:30 pm

2:30 pm - 10:30 pm

10:30 pm - 6:30 am

What you'll do

  • Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the well-being of clients.
  • Monitor and document changes in clients' health conditions.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in living spaces to promote a safe environment.
  • Support clients with mobility assistance, including the use of Hoyer lifts when necessary.
  • Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote social interaction and cognitive stimulation.

Basic qualifications

  • Experience in home health care or assisted living settings.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects safely and assist clients with mobility challenges.

Preferred qualifications

  • Previous experience working with the elderly including but not limited to those with Alzheimer's.
  • Familiarity with patient observation techniques and monitoring health conditions.
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations to maintain client confidentiality.
