Position Overview:

The Installer & Repair Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of various home systems and fixtures in new construction homes. This role requires hands-on technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and repair home systems, fixtures, and components according to specifications and building codes.
  • Perform quality checks on installations to ensure proper function and finish.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with installed equipment or fixtures.
  • Collaborate with construction teams, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all job sites.
  • Document work performed, materials used, and report any issues to supervisors.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and professionalism when interacting with homeowners, contractors, and team members.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in installation, repair, or construction, preferably in new home builds.
  • Strong technical skills with the ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and installation instructions.
  • Knowledge of residential construction practices, tools, and safety standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Physical ability to lift, carry, and work in various positions for extended periods.
