Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• System Diagnostics: Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in residential and commercial HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation.
• Repairs and Maintenance: Perform necessary repairs and routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance and efficiency of HVAC systems.
• Installations: Install new HVAC systems and components, ensuring compliance with all local and state codes and manufacturer specifications.
• Customer Service: Communicate effectively with customers, explaining system issues, repairs, and maintenance needs in a clear and professional manner.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all service calls, repairs, installations, and customer interactions.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself, customers, and colleagues.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to provide the best service possible.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in HVAC service and repair.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Strong technical skills and understanding of HVAC systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Standard weekday schedule with occasional weekend shifts
