Our team is looking for a high-performing Account Executive to help drive our mission. In this role, you'll help Dirt World companies solve their biggest workforce and training challenges with our microlearning platform, BuildWitt Improve.

As an Account Executive, you'll be responsible for:

Doing initial discovery calls with Dirt World companies to determine needs and product fit for our software.Closing 7-10 companies per month.Following up with every company in your pipeline.Logging 100% of activity in HubSpot.Maintaining a strong partnership with your Business Development Rep.

About you: 

Proven SaaS or B2B sales experience with $1M+ annual quota achievement. Dirt World sales experience a plus.You're humble, hungry, and smart.You're exceptional at connecting with people via social media and live conversations.You're all about extreme ownership and obsessed with improving.You believe in serving, not selling.You have deep respect for the people who build America.
