JOB SUMMARY:

The Product Manager for Customer Unification & Profile Management plays a pivotal role in managing initiatives focused on unifying customer data and optimizing profile management strategies. This position involves the development and execution of a strategic roadmap to enhance data integration, identity resolution, and profile activation, contributing to the organization's customer data platform goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of customer data management, and experience working in MarTech environments. This role includes managerial responsibilities and requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic Roadmap Development:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic roadmap for customer unification and profile management initiatives in partnership with marketing and digital/IT teams.
  • Align projects with the broader organizational goals, focusing on enhancing data integration, identity resolution, and profile activation.

Product Management and Development:

  • Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to deployment, including requirement gathering, prioritization, and roadmap creation for customer unification initiatives.
  • Define product vision and strategy that leverages cutting-edge technologies to solve complex data management challenges.

Requirement Translation and Prioritization:

  • Capture and translate business needs into detailed product and technical  requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Prioritize product backlog based on business value, impact, complexity, and strategic alignment, balancing input from various stakeholders.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Regularly engage with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and executive leadership to communicate product strategies, progress, and outcomes.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to refine requirements and ensure all perspectives are considered in product decisions.

Vendor and Technology Partnership:

  • Collaborate with third-party vendors and technology partners to explore and integrate solutions that support customer data unification and profile management.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and vendor offerings to identify opportunities for enhancing the organization's customer data capabilities.

Performance Monitoring and Optimization:

  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess product success and impact on business goals.
  • Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize product performance to drive improvements in customer data integration and engagement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

  • Proven experience in a product management role, focusing on customer data management or related fields.

  • Strong understanding of customer data platforms, identity resolution, and profile management solutions.

  • Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into strategic product roadmaps and actionable tasks.

  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Preferred Experience & Skills: Confluence, Sharepoint, Adobe Suite - AJO, AE

Salary Range - The salary range for this opportunity is $60,500.00 – $85, Base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job related knowledge, skills and experience, among other factors.
