Looking for part-time professionals who are seeking a low-demanding job, who are still eager to make money, and are self-motivated for an hourly plus bonus, part-time job opportunity on the weekends. Our company seeks a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Marketing team as an Event Floor Representative. In this role, you will be attending events to represent Aloft Remodeling. You will be responsible for engaging with the general public, building rapport, and promoting our kitchen and bathroom services. Your key duties will include answering questions, providing product information, and setting appointments with homeowners who have a WANT or a NEED to get a price quote for remodeling their bathroom or kitchen. This person would need to be a self-starter, feel comfortable approaching homeowners, having 1 on 1 conversations, and overcoming objections. You will also be responsible for setting up and breaking down your own booth that you will be participating in. These events are Home Shows, Street Fairs, and County Fairs. This position requires traveling around the City of Phoenix. 

Responsibilities:

- Represent our company at various events such as Home Shows, Street Fairs and County Fairs.

- Engage with potential customers and generate leads (set appointments) for our sales team.

- Provide excellent customer service and answer any questions customers may have.

- Overcome objections and effectively communicate the benefits of our products and services.

- Work closely with our sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.

- Maintain a positive and professional image of our company at all times.

- Setting up and breaking down event booths.

- Have biweekly 1 on 1s with supervisor to review performance.

- Attend necessary meetings and trainings.

Requirements

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Passion for customer service and helping others

- Ability to quickly perform under pressure while working in a fast-paced environment

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings

- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

- Proficient in basic office applications.

- Proven experience in a customer service or field marketing role, with a track record of successful lead generation.

- Ability to overcome objections with customers in person while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
