Cleaning Ambassador Working Supervisor

As a Cleaning Ambassador Working Supervisor at Velociti Services, you will lead a team dedicated to maintaining clean, safe, and inviting outdoor spaces for our clients. This role blends hands-on exterior cleaning and pressure washing with team supervision and light maintenance responsibilities. The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish), dependable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in creating welcoming environments through proactive service.

• Supervise and support a team of Cleaning Ambassadors to ensure high-quality outdoor cleaning services.

• Coordinate schedules, assign tasks, and verify completion of work orders and client requests.

• Operate pressure washers, blowers, and other power equipment safely and efficiently.

• Perform and oversee daily exterior cleaning, including pressure washing, sweeping, trash removal, and upkeep of common areas.

• Conduct light maintenance tasks such as minor repairs, fixture cleaning, graffiti removal, and basic landscaping touch-ups.

• Communicate effectively with clients, management, and team members to resolve issues promptly.

• Primarily responsible for the day-to-day communication with the client and staff members.

• Train and coach team members on cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and equipment use.

• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, materials, and equipment; request replenishments as needed.

• Inspect work areas regularly to ensure quality and adherence to company standards.

• Produce weekly and monthly reports to the client of services performed throughout the property.

• Ensure services and inspections are recorded using the Velociti Peazy app.

• Ensure Velociti Services corporate standards and policies are enforced.

• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

• Provide schedule flexibility to cover call-outs and maintain communication with weekend staff when needed.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required — must be able to communicate clearly with team and clients.

• Minimum 2 years of janitorial, exterior cleaning, or facilities maintenance experience preferred.

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or team lead experience in a service or cleaning environment.

• Experience operating pressure washing equipment and basic hand tools.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.

• Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PDF, etc.).

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods.

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred.
