Your Role and Impact

The E-Commerce Sales Manager will lead and grow ViewSonic's Amazon US (1P/3P) and Canada business and other marketplace accounts, driving strategy, execution, and profitability. This role will develop and implement channel strategies, optimize digital performance, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver strong financial results. As the company's center of excellence for E-Commerce and omni-channel expertise, the Manager will play a key role in shaping best practices and innovation. The ideal candidate will be located within driving or short flight distance of the assigned territory.

Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Manage Amazon operations, including inventory planning, catalog oversight, account health, and customer experience, while optimizing stock levels, returns, and defect ratios for efficiency and satisfaction.
  • Own Amazon P&L, driving forecasting, budgeting, and profitability analysis while partnering with corporate to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency.
  • Own the promotional calendar for key events (e.g., Prime Day, PBDD, T5, DOTDs, and coupons), aligning internal teams on investment strategy, timing, and execution to maximize visibility and ROI.
  • Track and analyze KPIs (e.g., POS, conversion, OOS, chargebacks, NetPPM, and SOROOS) to guide decisions and safeguard profitability, while delivering actionable insights, risk assessments, and opportunities to senior leadership.
  • Work in tandem with Digital Marketing to optimize channel ad spends, SEO, content, and overall customer experience, resulting in market share growth.
  • Drive integration between Vendor Central and internal systems to streamline SOPs and reduce manual workload.
  • Collaborate with finance, E-Commerce Marketing, Credit, and IT to implement tools that support processes and deduction reconciliation ie: PQV Tickets, Andon Cords, and PCI's.
  • Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches and seasonal campaigns.
  • Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all content and assets.
  • Build strong relationships with senior leadership within each assigned account, leveraging those connections to drive initiatives and program adoption.
  • Support the Director and senior leadership by reviewing and refining existing strategies and tactics, while maintaining strong communication across all organizational levels.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, lead seminars, participate in sales events, conduct product training, and deliver executive-level presentations as needed.
  • Continue to enhance skills and maintain high levels of product, industry, and competitive knowledge.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce or a related field.
  • Minimum of six (6) years of sales management experience within the Consumer Electronics industry, with a focus on managing E-commerce and digital marketing. Experience with electronic devices or computer hardware is preferred.
  • Proven track record of managing Amazon (US/Canada) and Amazon Business, Newegg, Walmart, or other E-commerce platforms and DTC websites, growing revenue & profitability across both marketplaces and owned channels.
  • Strong understanding of digital shelf fundamentals, retail media, and E-commerce KPIs.
  • Highly driven, competitive, success-oriented and strong communicator who thrives in cross-functional environments and builds trust across internal and external teams.
  • Energetic and assertive, with a clear commitment to product line strategy and positioning.
  • Exceptional time management skills and attention to detail; ability to maintain accurate and comprehensive records.

Work Environment & Requirements

  • Travel: 30% travel with some nationwide travels as well as in HQ (Brea, CA) twice per month
  • Environment: As this is a field sales position, the environment is usually on the road visiting customers and prospects. Home office is the standard office environment.
  • Physical Effort: Work requires frequent physical demands in terms of maintaining a continuous pace of business travels and maneuvering and setting up demo equipment.
  • Hazards: Negligible, little or no exposure to hazards
