Job Description: Full-Time Medical Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. This role will primarily focus on providing clinical and administrative support. The ideal candidate will have solid experience as a Medical Assistant and a proactive approach to managing insurance and office tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Duties (Primary Role) Patient Care:

    • Rooming patients, taking patient medical histories, and record vital signs.

    • Educate patients about procedures, entering orders, documenting patient history, physical examination findings, procedures, clinical assessments, and treatment plans as dictated by the healthcare provider.

    • Record patient information such as chief complaints, symptoms, and progress note. Schedule patient appointments and greet patients upon arrival, answer phones/voicemails, handle inquiries, and assist patients with questions or concerns.

    • Assist with the retrieval and review of patient records before appointments and handle correspondence and follow up with patients as necessary.

This position offers full time opportunities.  We are looking for candidates who have experience working as a Medical Assistant and are eager to take on additional responsibilities as time allows. We value long-term commitment and are seeking individuals interested in growing with our practice.

Job Types: Full-time

Pay: starting $ $20.00 per hour with performance reviews for pay adjustments

Expected hours: 32 – 40 hours per week
