Responsibilities
Allan Myers is looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and eager Civil Construction Sr. Recruiter to proactively and aggressively source, screen, and schedule interviews for talent across the Mid-Atlantic - PA. NJ, DE. MD, DC & VA. As a member of this fast-paced team, you will communicate and interact with many people across the company and contribute to meaningful initiatives to find and develop talent for our rapidly growing organization.

Responsibilities

  • Source critical craft and salaried positions.
  • Proactively source for passive candidates and conduct phone screens for candidates.
  • Schedule face-to-face interviews with candidate and HR and Operations teams. Communicate with candidate on schedule and coordinate post-interview feedback.
  • Participate and assist with job fairs, including in-house events and High School/Trade School events.
  • Assist with expediting candidates through the interview process by minimizing delays, expediting hiring decisions, and updating iCIMS our Applicant Tracking System appropriately.
  • Work with HR Generalist to create seamless candidate/new hire transition.
  • Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, legislation, and total alignment to all Allan Myers processes and programs.
  • Providing direction and guidance in support of Allan Myers' values and standards.
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
  • Reports to the TA Manager

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Human Resources preferred.
  • 3-5 years in Human Resources and Recruiting (or related experience) required.
  • Very experienced with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook (proficient and efficient).
  • Very experienced using X, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Zip Recruiter, Career Builder, HireEz, or any other Recruiting Talent Software.
  • Experience using iCIMS preferred.
  • Ability to learn new technology systems required. capable or writing Boolean logic scripts and use of AI to find talent.
  • Experience working in a position that required attention to detail, flexibility, and a high level of organization. Ability to effectively communicate to members of leadership team, potential candidates, and operations team members.
  • Must represent Allan Myers internally and externally in a positive, professional, and friendly manner.
  • Valid Driver's License required.
