Position Description:

Apis Innovation is seeking an Assembly Technician to join our Easton, PA shop team. This role involves building and configuring devices and subassemblies, supporting the setup and calibration of systems, and maintaining accurate inventory. Occasional travel may be required to support device installations and field service at customer sites.

Position Duties:

  • Assemble devices and subassemblies based on technical specifications
  • Assist with initial device setup and calibration to meet operational standards
  • Maintain and organize shop inventory and supplies
  • Conduct quality checks on assembled devices to identify and correct defects
  • Maintain technical documentation and assembly logs
  • Support on-site installations and field service as needed
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency and process enhancements

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Hands-on technical and mechanical experience
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation
  • Comfortable working in a shop environment with various tools and equipment
  • Organized and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Team-oriented with a proactive, collaborative mindset
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for customer site support
  • OSHA and power tool experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license required

Compensation:

  • Wage Range: Where required by law, Apis provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The pay rate for this role is $45,000-55,000. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position is also eligible for incentive compensation based on individual performance.
