If you're tired of shooting forgettable ads or working under layers of middle management, this is your shot to work directly with the CEO of several fast-growing brands in fitness and skincare

You'll film and edit real stories, build recognizable brands, and get hands-on business experience in multiple industries.

We're looking for a hands-on videographer/editor who can film, edit, and post consistent, high-quality social content for multiple brands — including a personal training company and a skincare brand

You'll spend part of your week filming on-site (mostly in OC gyms and studios) and part of it editing and posting from home. The creative direction, scripts, and content strategy are all handled — you just bring execution, consistency, and a strong eye for detail.

What You'll Do

  • Film short-form and long-form content for social and YouTube
  • Set up lighting, audio, and camera angles for clean, professional visuals
  • Edit videos using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
  • Upload and schedule posts across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
  • Track analytics and performance to improve future content
  • Assist with brand/course shoots and product visuals

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of videography and social content experience
  • Proficiency with cameras (Sony, Canon, etc.) and basic lighting
  • Strong editing skills and familiarity with social media algorithms
  • Organized, consistent, and dependable — someone who gets things done
  • Based in Orange County with reliable transportation

The Details

  • Schedule: ~40 hours/week (2.5 days filming, 2.5 days editing/posting)
  • Location: Hybrid — filming on-site, editing remotely
  • Pay: $4,430/month total
  • $4,000 base pay
  • $430/month reimbursement (car, equipment, phone – non-taxable)
  • Benefits: Medical insurance + paid sick leave + holidays
  • Incentives: Performance bonuses + profit-sharing eligibility once the new concierge brand becomes profitable
