Marketing & Small Business Intern

Location: Nashville, TN

Hours: 10–15 hours per week

Compensation: Paid Internship (school credit also applicable)

Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing & Small Business Intern to support marketing initiatives, content creation, production tasks, and special projects across both Radish and Little Rad Market. This role will report to the Marketing Manager but also collaborate closely with ownership on brand-forward and operational initiatives. It is a great learning opportunity for someone interested in food & beverage marketing, hospitality leadership, and small business entrepreneurship.

Key Responsibilities

Duties may include, but are not limited to:

Marketing & Content

  • Capture photo and video content onsite for TikTok, Reels, Stories, campaigns, and promotional use
  • Assist with caption writing, content scheduling, and engagement
  • Help brainstorm seasonal content, collaborations, and promotional ideas
  • Organize digital content, photos, and branding assets

Branding, Printing & Production

  • Print and prepare product labels and packaging for food and retail items
  • Assist with merchandise prep for both brands
  • Create and proof printed collateral (signage, menus, inserts, promo pieces, etc.)
  • Ensure consistency with brand standards

Hospitality & Small Business Support

  • Support events, community engagements, and pop-up activations (as needed)
  • Assist with inventory tracking and organization of branded materials
  • Provide general support for ownership and the marketing team on special projects

Who You Are

  • Interested in marketing, social media, food & beverage, or small business
  • Must be proficient capturing photo and video content with an eye for detail
  • Organized, solutions-oriented, and eager to ask questions and learn
  • Able to work independently and shift as priorities change
  • Familiarity with Canva or editing apps a plus (required)
  • Friendly, reliable, and excited about hospitality culture
