Position's Contributions to Work Group:

• Under minimal supervision, provide definition, business analysis, and implementation of significant multi-phased projects, to provide business solutions to the assigned area. Provide research and assistance in design of systems to support business processes. Provide business technical assistance and guidance related to the architectural design and planning of computer systems and resources for the assigned area.

Develop and provide training as required. Appreciable latitude for unreviewed actions and decisions is within the scope of delegated authority.

Typical task breakdown:

• Attend Agile ceremonies amongst team members and give status updates as needed.

• Create user stories

• Define testing and requirements

• Have fun

Interaction with team:

• Collaborative team environment. About 20 team members.

Team Structure

• Report into the team lead and work director.

Education & Experience Required:

• Years of experience: 5-7 years experience required.

• Degree requirement: Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.
