A premier, nationally recognized
plaintiff-side employment litigation firm
is seeking a full-time attorney to join its expanding
Miami office
. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated litigator to become the
first full-time attorney in the Miami location
and work directly with the firm's
Managing Partner
, who splits time between New York and South Florida.

The firm is known for its strong track record in
employment discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage-and-hour matters
, and it is widely regarded as one of the leading plaintiff-side employment practices in the country. This Miami-based role offers the autonomy of a start-up setting combined with the support, systems, and reputation of an established national practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent employees in cases involving
    discrimination, harassment, retaliation, hostile work environment
    , and related employment claims
  • Conduct client intake, case evaluation, and strategic planning
  • Draft complaints, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda
  • Handle depositions, mediations, hearings, and negotiations
  • Work collaboratively with a managing partner located between NYC and Miami
  • Handle cases with minimal micromanagement while having direct support from senior leadership
  • Engage with clients compassionately and advocate aggressively on their behalf

Ideal Candidate:

  • 2–15+ years
    of employment litigation experience, preferably on the
    plaintiff-side
  • Strong background in discrimination and harassment matters (Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, pregnancy discrimination, sexual harassment, etc.)
  • Courtroom experience a plus but not required
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to operate effectively as the firm's first Miami-based attorney
  • Comfortable working
    fully in office

  • Desire to grow with a rapidly expanding national firm
