The No Fault Group is seeking motivated and dynamic Intake  Department Manager to join our incredible team Our mission is to provide comprehensive support by overseeing cases from start to finish, ensuring clear communication and guidance throughout the entire process.

As an Intake Department Manager, you will supervise a team that is the first point of contact for clients, playing a critical role in presenting a positive image of our organization and fostering trust with potential clients. With an extensive network of attorneys and doctors, we connect clients with professionals best suited to their specific needs, ensuring each case receives the highest level of care.

The primary responsibility of this role is to identify the current needs of the department , both the operational processes and technology needed to help us continue growing. Supervise the team and create an A+ intake team.
