Position Overview

We are seeking an energetic, dependable Warehouse Associate. This role is essential to keeping shipments accurate, organized, and on schedule. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy hands-on work, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and sort incoming packages and inventory.
• Scan items using handheld devices and enter data accurately.
• Organize packages for processing and outbound shipment.
• Pick and prepare orders according to pick lists.
• Update shipment information in the warehouse management system.
• Report damages or discrepancies to a supervisor.
• Follow all safety procedures to maintain a secure work environment.
• Assist with additional warehouse tasks and basic administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required.
• Experience with scanners or warehouse systems is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs (occasionally up to 70 lbs) and stay active throughout the shift (standing, walking, bending).
• Comfortable working with high package volumes, especially during peak seasons.
• Flexibility to work overtime when required.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset.
• English required; Ukrainian, Spanish, or Polish language skills are a plus.
