Full time position for Office Manager for Natural Health and Sports Medicine Clinic in Old Town West Linn. We provide excellent personalized care to our patients and you would be an integral part of our team. You would be the face and voice of our clinic and much appreciated Our clinic treats Chiropractic, Naturopathic, Acupuncture, Bio-identical hormones for men and woman, and chronic disease reversal. You would be doing the front and back office duties, but we have long visits so there is time to do it easily. We will be hiring a C.A. in the future as our patient load increases and we bring in other doctors. Your interest in natural health care is essential.

Experience with health clinic scheduling, front desk and back office duties, excellent computer skills is Required. Billing experience is preferred, but we will train the right person. You must be good at Details, Accurate with the money and great at Multitasking. You would open and close the clinic, enter all charges and payments accurately in the patients chart and our software (ChiroTouch), be responsible for checking accuracy at the end of the day and that accounts and money collected balances. You would be our number one person to run the clinic, under the supervision of the two doctors. We currently use ChiroTouch software, please list all programs that you have experience with when responding to this ad.

Its important that you have a friendly, professional positive attitude, the ability to prioritize, organize, follow through and problem solve, experience with appointment reminders, scheduling, collecting co-pays, and some experience with health insurance billing. ChiroTouch proficient is a huge plus. Your pleasant attitude contributes greatly to the success and ambiance of our practice. We have Great patients and they count on you as part of our team to have a postive experience and results. Your attitude and delight in your work is of great importance to us.

Your hours usually run between 35 to 40 hours per week, paid monthly but with a draw if you desire. The salary range is $22-$27, but pay is based on experience and can change accordingly. You are also paid bonuses on new patients and our patient load and production goals on a monthly basis. You get discounts on all products, treatment at the clinic if you desire, Medical coverage that includes vision, dental and a retirement account and paid vacation time after one year.
