We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Senior Vice President of Finance with experience spanning both restaurant operations and CPG. This role is key to scaling our business responsibly while maximizing growth and profitability.

As SVP of Finance, you'll be a core member of the executive team, responsible for financial strategy, operational oversight, and multi-channel growth initiatives. This role is hands-on, partnering across operations, marketing, product, and retail teams to drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead financial strategy, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for both restaurant and CPG operations.
  • Partner with operations and leadership to optimize margins, profitability, and scalability.
  • Oversee capital planning, cash flow, and investor relations.
  • Guide strategic initiatives including partnerships, acquisitions, and new market expansion.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing finance team.

Ideal Background:

  • Proven CFO/VP/SVP-level experience in both restaurant operations and CPG businesses.
  • Deep understanding of multi-channel growth strategies (retail, e-commerce, and foodservice).
  • Strong operational mindset with experience driving efficiency, cost optimization, and margin improvement.
  • Hands-on leader with excellent communication skills and executive presence.
  • Comfortable navigating a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Willing to relocate to Southern Maine.

Compensation: Competitive executive package with performance-based incentives.

Job Type: Full-time
