Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Account Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales through effective communication and negotiation skills. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in insurance sales, with the ability to analyse client needs and offer tailored solutions. Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, particularly those proficient in Spanish.

Duties

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate products.
  • Engage in negotiation processes to secure favourable terms for clients while maximising company benefits.
  • Perform sales administration tasks including processing applications, renewals, and policy changes.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote insurance products effectively through various channels.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Conduct telemarketing activities to generate new leads and expand the client base.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions within the company's database.

Requirements

  • Must have Property & Casualty License.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes positively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer engagement.
  • Proficiency in analysis skills to assess client needs accurately.
  • Bilingual or multilingual capabilities, particularly in Spanish, are advantageous.
  • Familiarity with sales administration processes and customer service best practices.
