Position Overview

NJB Protection is seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented
Inside Sales Representative
to support a dedicated Sales Pod consisting of one Account Executive (AE) and one Account Manager (AM). This in-house role, based at our Yonkers, NY office, plays a critical role in helping the pod operate efficiently by coordinating internal communication, managing documentation, and ensuring exceptional client follow-through.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to one assigned Sales Pod (AE + AM).
  • Assist with proposal development, quote generation, and contract preparation.
  • Coordinate communication between the Sales Pod and internal departments (e.g., Operations, Finance, Electronic Security) to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate client records, sales activities, and opportunity tracking within the CRM system.
  • Help manage client onboarding, internal handoffs, and track service delivery through each phase.
  • Track and support QRT (Quick Reaction Team) deployments, ensuring timely updates, internal coordination, and aligned documentation.
  • Monitor sales and service milestones, contract renewals, and key client communications.
  • Prepare agendas and notes for client and internal meetings; support scheduling and follow-up.
  • Identify process improvements and assist in implementing best practices within the assigned Sales Pod.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in inside sales, sales support, or client services (experience in security or service-based industries is a plus).
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly motivated, energetic, and passionate about delivering exceptional support; thrives in a team environment and brings a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to every task.

Salary Range

$50,000 – $60,000 USD annually, based on experience and qualifications. Additional performance-based bonus potential available.
