Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our menu items are prepared to perfection, adhering to food safety standards while providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
  • Assist in menu planning and development, contributing creative ideas for new dishes.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
  • Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
  • Ensure proper food handling techniques are followed to maintain quality and safety.
  • Support the dietary aide team in accommodating special dietary needs of guests.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in fine dining or high-volume food service settings.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary skills.
  • Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations related to food handling.
  • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a willingness to help others in the kitchen.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
