Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Warehouse Window Clerk to support daily warehouse operations by managing truck driver check-in/check-out, documentation, and cargo releases. This position serves as a key point of contact between drivers, warehouse operations, and customers, ensuring accurate paperwork and efficient cargo flow.

The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.g.

Duties

  • Process inbound and outbound truck drivers at the warehouse window
  • Verify and issue release orders, bills of lading, delivery tickets, and other shipping documents
  • Confirm cargo availability, quantities, and release authorization with operations and inventory records
  • Communicate with warehouse foremen and operations staff to coordinate loading and receiving
  • Enter and update data in inventory
  • Maintain accurate records of truck movements, releases, and receipts
  • Resolve basic documentation discrepancies and escalate issues as needed
  • Provide professional customer service to drivers, customers, and internal teams
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and security requirements
  • Maintain an organized and efficient window and documentation area

Experience

  • Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, shipping, or clerical role preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic computer skills and experience with data entry
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, operational environment
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work closely with operations, drivers, and management
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 55 per week
