About the Role

Are you ready to grow your HR career in a fast-paced, multi-site environment? We're looking for an HR Generalist to support our HR Managers across six US Distribution Centers and branch locations. This role offers exposure to strategic HR initiatives while focusing on operational excellence, team member support, and relationship building. The ideal candidate thrives on multitasking, prioritizing competing demands, and delivering results with professionalism and empathy.

What You'll Do

  • Support onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits, and time-off processes for team members.
  • Maintain and distribute team member information, policies, and procedures.
  • Assist with HRIS data management and reporting (Workday preferred).
  • Serve as a first point of contact for team member inquiries and concerns.
  • Participate in confidential communications, investigations, and documentation.
  • Help deploy engagement surveys and support action planning.
  • Coordinate training sessions, performance reviews, and development plans.
  • Track certifications and support career pathing initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to federal and state employment laws.
  • Assist with audits and maintain accurate records.
  • Partner with leaders to ensure consistent team member practices.
  • Build trust quickly with business partners and front-line team members.
  • Manage multiple responsibilities across sites with agility and focus.
  • Adapt to shifting priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2+ years of HR experience, preferably supporting front-line team members
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Workday experience a plus
  • Spanish language skills a plus
  • Travel 1–2 times per quarter or as needed
