Responsibilities (not limited to):

? Build and maintain relationships with referral sources in the community to build brand awareness and new clients for BHRAGS Home Care Corp.

? Ensure the satisfaction of the referral sources worked with to generate ongoing, long-term business.

? Build a priority lists, advance relationships, track personal activity effectively, and complete all necessary steps of successful referral marketing.

? Represent BHRAGS Home Care Corp. in networking groups, at events, on committees, and in other community settings.

? Respond to prospective client inquiries (in-person, via phone, or web form) and ensuring they receive the information they need.

? Learn the assessment process and conduct assessments with prospective clients as needed, address their questions and concerns, build relationships with their families, and convert them into long-term clients.

? Communicate effectively within the Intake and Coordination teams to ensure care plans meet client needs, stakeholders and referral sources are satisfied, and relevant information is communicated in an effective and timely manner.

? Provide active relationship management for existing referral cases, which may include home visits, referral meetings, and family meetings.

? Provide after-hours support for referral partners, prospective and active clients (including evenings and weekends), which may involve email, telephone, and/or home visits.

? Help the team ensure that client accounts are up-to-date, especially when referrals are received from clients' legal/financial advisors, coordinate with the finance/billing team, and communicating with families and/or financial managers when needed.

? Maintain a working knowledge of BHRAGS Home Care Corp. requirements and obligations where licensed as a Home Care Agency, including obligations to clients and caregivers.

? Maintain a pulse on the strategic position of BHRAGS Home Care Corp. within the market, while identifying new opportunities to enhance the company's reputation or build the referral base, and helping to implement new programs and initiatives.

? College Degree preferred, with Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Marketing, Human Services, or Business

? 3-5 plus years of sales experience in home care or a related field.

? Excellent customer service and sales skills.

? Computer proficiency and ability to document sales activity.

? Experience with established facilities that are referral sources for delivering long term care patient admissions.

? Project management experience with strong knowledge of the healthcare industry in their service region

? Articulate and Fluent communication in person, on the phone, and in email.

? Ability to make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment.

? Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge.

? 2+ years working within the hospital system

? Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects

? Relationship-building skills with ability to see and monopolize opportunities

? Demonstrated enthusiasm, initiative, teamwork, and professionalism.

? Willingness and ability to travel throughout the five NYC boroughs
