Job Overview

PetScript, a trusted veterinary pharmacy, is seeking a detail-oriented and personable Veterinary Account Coordinator to support our growing network of veterinary clinics. This role is ideal for someone who understands the veterinary space and enjoys building strong relationships with clinic staff.

As a Veterinary Account Coordinator, you'll serve as the main point of contact for our partner clinics — handling prescription orders, managing invoicing, and identifying opportunities to upsell relevant pharmacy products and services. This is a fast-paced, client-focused position that plays a key role in ensuring smooth operations and excellent service for our veterinary partners.

Key Responsibilities ( Job Description )

  • Communicate directly with veterinary clinics to take and process prescription orders accurately.
  • Manage clinic accounts, ensuring timely invoicing and resolution of billing inquiries.
  • Build rapport with veterinary staff and act as their go-to pharmacy liaison.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell medications, supplies, or services based on clinic needs.
  • Provide product support and education to veterinary teams as needed.
  • Track order status, inventory, and follow up to ensure timely delivery and satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of clinic interactions, orders, and account activity.
  • Coordinate with internal pharmacy staff to ensure seamless fulfillment and client service.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a veterinary, pharmacy, or healthcare setting is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple accounts.
  • Experience with order processing, invoicing, or CRM systems is a plus.
  • Familiarity with veterinary medications or pharmacy workflows is advantageous.
  • A passion for animal health and supporting veterinary professionals.
