Job Summary
We are hiring an Automotive Sales Representative to guide customers through the vehicle purchase process from needs analysis to delivery. This role is ideal for someone who is confident, coachable, and driven by performance metrics. You must be able to build trust quickly, manage multiple customers, and close deals in a fast-paced showroom environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist showroom and internet customers
- Conduct needs analysis and vehicle selection
- Present vehicles using a feature-advantage-benefit approach
- Perform test drives and walk-arounds
- Build value and overcome objections professionally
- Negotiate and close vehicle sales
- Follow up with customers before and after the sale
- Maintain accurate CRM records and deal documentation
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and gross targets
- Work closely with management and the BDC team
Qualifications
- Automotive sales experience preferred (not required for the right candidate)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and trust quickly
- Comfortable with commission-based performance metrics
- Strong follow-up and time management skills
- Coachable, motivated, and goal-oriented
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
