About the Role

Hexin Technology Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Human Resources Administrator to support HR and administrative functions at our Naperville warehouse. This role focuses on recruitment, payroll coordination, and office administration, ensuring smooth daily operations and clear communication between warehouse management, employees, and corporate HR. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and fluent in both Chinese and English. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys a hands-on role in a warehouse office environment and wants to grow their HR career.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate warehouse recruitment efforts: post job ads, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and assist with onboarding new hires.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure new hire documentation is completed properly.
  • Support timekeeping and payroll processing by collecting and verifying attendance data.
  • Assist with employee relations and communication on HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Help organize training sessions, evaluations, and safety compliance documentation.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and HR-related paperwork.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as office supply ordering, filing, and vendor coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and state/federal labor regulations.
  • Act as a communication bridge between the Naperville warehouse team and company headquarters.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 0–2 years of HR, recruitment, or administrative experience (experience in a warehouse or logistics setting a plus).
  • Fluent in both Chinese and English (spoken and written) required.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with HR software or payroll systems preferred.
  • Basic understanding of HR processes, payroll, and employment laws.

Pay range and compensation package

Hourly pay range: $22–$25/hour, depending on experience. Full-time position with growth opportunities.
