Electrical Engineer
to join a thriving company in Houston, Texas. The
Electrical Engineer
will have previous experience working in the wastewater industry.
Job Type:
Direct Hire
Pay Rate:
$120,000-$150,000/year

Electrical Engineer Responsibilities:
- Oversee and lead the electrical design for wastewater projects
- Provide technical guidance on client standards and expectations
- Support business development in presentation preparation and client questions
- Review supplier submittals
- Startup and testing of major electrical equipment
- Liaise between the design team and the client on projects
- Inspect construction and resolve electrical construction issues
- Act as the technical expert on electrical power distribution and plant electrical systems
- Other duties as assigned
Electrical Engineer Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
- Computer proficiency
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Engineering design software proficiency
Electrical Engineer Education and Experience:
- A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering is required. A master's is preferred.
- A minimum of five years of experience working as an electrical engineer in the wastewater industry is a plus
- Some travel may be required, approximately 10-20%
