You will be responsible for generating results through advising prospects on property and casualty insurance. At the Greg White Agency, we are dedicated to the growth of our team with the best training, technology and leads to help you be the best you can be. I am only looking for experienced p/c insurance sales reps with a proven history looking for change. I am currently looking for those that use Ricochet Lead Manager and have a successful track record quoting and selling internet leads and warm transfers. If you are looking for more support, better training, more leads, then call today Oh and I am about to hire a full time dedicated telemarketer to help call the leads and do warm transfers.

Plus, we offer a Sales support assistant so after you close the deal they take over and handle all the back-end work so you can move to the next call to close another

Bi-lingual English Spanish a plus but not mandatory.

The total compensation range is 70k to 120k+ consisting of base pay, plus commission and bonuses. Our current Sales Producers range from 75k to 159k. With no limit on commission/bonus.

This position is flexible and could be either fully remote or hybrid. Fully remote requires prior Allstate successful sales experience.

Salary Range: $70, $120,000.00 per year

Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Achieve goals and measurables by writing new property and casualty insurance from leads that are provided by the agency.
  • Ensure that the White Agency Sales Process is followed on a consistent basis with all prospects.
  • Accountable for managing a pipeline in the CRM and following up with all prospects accordingly.
  • Responsible for accurate underwriting.
  • Ensure all documents are received and e-signed by prospects that have purchased insurance.
  • Demonstrate competency and knowledge of new products & rules for our industry.
  • Average 40 p/c items per month. 10 serious quotes per day.
